Anyone know a exercise video with modest clothing but intense workout?
I’m tired of exercise videos with practically naked people. I’m looking for a video with fully dressed instructors and class, but one that is a real workout–something like taebo or P90X that really challenges you. I’ve spend all this time teaching my kids about modest clothes and I can’t even use the workout videos out there.
I think you’re being a little bit prudish here. The exercise clothing in those videos aren’t meant in any kind of sexual or prurient way. They allow for a fast body motion, rapid sweat evaporation, and to let the audience see the muscles at work for better technique and inspiration.
I appreciate that you want to teach your kids a sense of modesty (not much of that around these days), but you don’t want ot take it so far that they develop a complex either.
