Help with routine please?
I am setting up a routine for my lunch hour I am going to be doing 4 x 3 minute rounds, the main focus of this is cardio,
as I am doing weights, boxing conditioning and yoga in the evenings (not on the same days of course)
I want to keep it mixed up so can anyone help with ideas for the rounds? Keep in mind I will be doing each exercise for 3 minutes at very high intensity.
So far I have:
Crunches
Modified push-ups
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Shadow boxing
Speed Jump rope
Lateral Jumps
Side step squats
Tuck Jumps
I don’t have much in the way of equipment at home set of 5 and 20 pound dumbells, resistance band set and jump rope.
I saw this wierd thing on Yahoo yesterday and put it up on our free site today. It’s all about an at work exercise routine. Maybe this will give you some good ideas.
