Is this ok to live off of?
Right now I’m having a breakfast sandwich, egg, tomato and feta cheese.
The rest of the day I’m either having Naked Juice or other “grab and go” shakes. I don’t stick to one except Green Machine as it covers vegetables pretty well. One of their drinks are high in omega-3.
Also drinking a lot of water and exercising, having small snacks but noshing dried fruits and vegetables or raw vegetables and nuts, but it’s here and there. I haven’t cut meat out, but definitely cut out a lot of fried and processed foods.
I was doing a similar diet and not losing any weight. When your body is getting very little nourishment it saves everything you eat and stores it. So if you are not eating enough you may not loose any weight. I would work in more quanitity of low calorie foods. Fruits, vegies, sugar free snacks.
