need some kind of protein shake that doesnt give me huge muscles?

im an athlete i play ice hockey 6 days a week during the winter plus at home i do my own mini HIIT training which involves jumping rope, squats, lunges, crunches, exercise bands etcc.., and during the summer im signing up for a three day camp from 2-530 on ice plus off ice (weight lifting) and im going to need some kind of protein shake to help my muscles heal and stuff, but i want to be toned and have nice legs not huge muscle legs, what do you suggest? thanks soooo much!

Protein itself doesnt give you huge muscles. Your muscles need protein to rebuild. Take the protein. You wont turn into a muscle bound freak by taking it. it will help your muscles rebuild faster and stronger.
